2. Assumption of Risk & Venue Safety
Mini-golf and social lounge activities involve physical movement within a dynamic environment featuring automated course elements, ambient lighting, and high-foot-traffic areas.  Physical Activity: Guests voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with participating in mini-golf and lounge activities at our facility.  Automated & Electronic Equipment: Our facility utilizes advanced technology, sensors, infrared tracking, and automated machinery. Guests must follow all posted safety rules, instructional signage, and verbal directives from Putt Lounge staff.  Personal Belongings: Putt Lounge is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.
 
3. Alcohol Service & Age Policy
Putt Lounge operates in compliance with California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations.Age Restrictions: Putt Lounge is an adult-focused venue. Guests purchasing or consuming alcohol must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing they are 21 years of age or older.  Responsible Service: We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any individual at any time, for any reason, in accordance with state and local laws.Property Conduct: Intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
 
4. Online Bookings, Cancellations & Payments
Tee Time Reservations: All online bookings and private event reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.Refund & Cancellation Policy: Bookings are non-refundable unless canceled within the specified window detailed during checkout. Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited play times to maintain schedule integrity for other guests.Pricing Modifications: Prices for golf rounds, private packages, and beverage offerings are subject to change without prior notice.  
 
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, graphics, text, custom course designs, software interfaces, and media on this website are the intellectual property of Putt Lounge and its founders. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any website material or proprietary venue technology without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
