At Putt Lounge, we understand that plans change! To ensure fair availability for all guests and maintain smooth operations, we enforce the following cancellation and refund guidelines for all tee time reservations:

1. Cancellations 24 Hours or More Prior to Tee Time
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation 24 hours or more before your scheduled tee time, you are eligible for a full refund back to your original payment method.

2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Tee Time
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled tee time are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, you will receive 100% store credit equal to the value of your booking, which can be applied toward a future reservation.

3. After Your Scheduled Tee Time & No-Shows
Once your scheduled tee time has passed, or in the event of a no-show, no refunds or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.
